We will be hosting the Extreme Warrior 5k Mud Run & Obstacle Course at a luxurious wedding and event venue, Seven Paths Manor in Spring Hope NC, on July 30th 2022 (9am-2PM). This run will have obstacles for all fitness and experience levels and a unique experience for spectators. The course is themed and built by marine, firefighter, sheriff & CrossFit training instructors. Get prepared for 20+ fun obstacles, a unique spectating experience, and excellent vendors. Since this is the first year at this new venue the COURSE LIMITED TO THE FIRST 200 RUNNERS THAT PRE-REGISTER. No cap on spectators so bring the whole gang with you, they get in free! Vendors will be setup from 9am-2pm You may skip any obstacle you choose. We want you to HAVE FUN! This is a timed event for those wanting to push yourself. There will be event shirts available for $20 - cash only. There will be food and hydration vendors on site - cash only.
1. Arrive to the check-in booth 15 minutes prior to your start time and then be at starting line 5 minutes prior to your start time.
2. Bring in your car towels, extra clothes/shoes, bags for dirty clothes & bring any toiletry items that you may need
3. Bring cash for food, t-shirts, merch AND bring your A game and ALWAYS THINK SAFETY
5. Listen to the volunteers on the course, follow all course markings and direction signs, do NOT leave or go outside of the course/trail, and Do not START until the start line volunteer sounds the alarm for your start time
12. Make sure to STOP at the finish line and give the time-keeper your name so they can record your time. This run has no bib to worry about getting lost and trying to remember your bib # (historically 30%+ participants loose their bib on mud runs). We are confident you’ll still know your name at the finish line :)
13. Arrive WELL HYDRATED. If you have a clip on or wearable hydration pack we highly encourage you to wear it. Please be prepared to stay hydrated. DON’T FORGET TO INTAKE CALORIES the night before and the morning of. Without proper calorie and hydration intake there is a high probability of you getting dehydrated, fainting, heat exhaustion, cramps, debilitating fatigue, or sustaining major injury.
